Please fill out the following form if you wish to compete in the 2025 Alabama and Tennessee Massage Championships. You may compete in up to two categories. All entrants will be considered for overall champion in their state of license. The entry fee is $199.00. A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your spot. You may pay the rest now or at the event. Deposits are not refundable within 30 days of the event. If you do not wish to compete, please fill out this application instead.

In what state are you licensed and what is your license number OR in what state are you enrolled in school and what is the institution and program you are enrolled in? (Note 1: Therapists licensed anywhere may compete in the Alabama and Tennessee Massage Championships, but only therapists licensed in Alabama or Tennessee AND students who are currently enrolled in a program in Alabama or Tennessee are eligible to win the overall category for their state. Note 2: For liability reasons, only students from Alabama or Tennessee may compete and must provide proof of current enrollment at least 14 days prior to competing)

Competition begins at 10:00 AM Monday, May 13. The winner of the overall competition receives entry into the American Massage Championship in addition to admission to World Massage Festival on July 12-14, 2024 in Cherokee, NC. This prize package is valued at $750.00 All competitors receive free admission into TN Law and Ethics courses taught by Vicki Winston.
